ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR TMCA PARTICIPANTS. By participating in Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking (the Program), I warrant that I am a current employee of Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA), and acknowledge and accept the following: (a) TMCA will be notified of my enrolment in the Program and will confirm my employment status with Allen Carr prior to commencement; (b) participant names will be provided to TMCA for the purpose of measuring Program engagement and success; (c) TMCA may contact me to discuss my progress in the Program and seek feedback about the Program; and (d) all personal information will be managed in accordance with TMCA’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.toyota.com.au/privacy. Please contact TMCA on 1800 869 682 if you would like to request access to, or correct, your personal information held by TMCA.
Follow Up Seminars
Follow up seminars are different to the initial seminar and run for 2 to 3 hours. All follow up seminars are conducted online. You will need a webcam, a desktop, laptop or tablet device (screen size is important, smartphone screens are too small), and a strong internet connection.
Corporate Guarantee
If you are still smoking after attending the initial and follow up seminars you may complete the entire program again as often as is necessary within a 3-year period – at no extra cost. This guarantee applies to employees of TMCA rather than the individual.
Cancellation Policy
Places at the seminar are limited so if you cannot attend and wish to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 48hrs before your scheduled start time so that we can adjust our arrangements accordingly and offer your place to someone else.
